Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is obligation free; we feel it is essential that we meet you and your pets prior to service. We will bring contact and pet information forms with us to be completed during consultation, or we can email the forms to be completely by you prior to consultation if you wish to save time.  We are flexible with our consultation times and can meet you outside of business hours.

Pet Sitting

1 x 30 min visit per day

2 x 30 min visits per day

Pet sitting duration is 30 minutes and designed to cater for up to 2 pets (extra pets may incur an extra time fee). It can be tailored to suit your needs and may include feeding (you supply food) & watering, cleaning pet dishes, yard poop clean up, litter change for cats (you supply litter), general health inspection, play time,  coat brushing, medication administration, mail collection, plant watering (restrictions allowing), tending rubbish bins, feeding fish and house security check.  If we deem that services required cannot be completed within 30 minutes, extra time fee will apply (this will be discussed prior to commencement). Add a 30 minute dog walk during pet sitting for just $11 extra, see below.

We provide individual attention and will only walk multiple dogs together if they are from the same property (a maximum of 2 dogs per walk).  Dogs will be on a leash for the entire duration.

This is for the times when you need us to take your furry friend to places like the park, vet or groomers. Time waiting fee applies only if you require us to wait while the vet/groomer etc tends to your animal.

If we can not collect keys during initial consultation, you can drop them off at our home office in springvale. If you however require us to visit at another time to collect keys, this is charged at $11. (A further $11 if you require us to drop keys off on your return).

For security reasons we do not leave keys behind after completion of job nor accept keys that have been left in a hiding spot.
